Question 1

Are your parts new or used?

Accepted Answer

They are ex-Japan parts: original parts from low-mileage cars in Japan, imported directly by us. They are used, not new, and they are not copies.

Question 2

Do you give a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes, warranty is given on our parts. The terms depend on the part, so ask us for the warranty on yours before you pay.

Question 3

How do I know the part fits my car?

Accepted Answer

Send us the model, year and the engine code or chassis number from your logbook. We check it against the unit and send you photos before you buy.

Question 4

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delivery within Nairobi is free, and we arrange delivery to any town in Kenya.

Question 5

Can you fit the part for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If we do the installation, the labour is discounted.

Question 6

Why do most parts say "Ask for price"?

Accepted Answer

Ex-Japan prices depend on the car and the unit we have that day. Tap Ask price on any part, or send us your parts list, and we reply on WhatsApp with the price and photos.

Question 7

Do I get warranty and VAT papers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every part comes with warranty, and we give VAT papers.

Question 8
